1. Are all phones sold by GadgetBox brand new?

Yes. Unless stated as Used Phone, all devices sold by GadgetBox are brand new and genuine products.

2. Do brand new phones come with warranty?

Yes. Brand new devices come with 100% Official Singapore Warranty. Warranty starts from the first activation date.

3. Do used phones come with warranty?

Used phones do not include manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.

4. Can I trade in my old phone?

Yes. You may bring your device to any GadgetBox retail store for evaluation. Trade-in value can be used to offset your new purchase.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayLah!, SPayLater and CDC Voucher where applicable.

6. Do you offer instalment payment?

Yes. Selected purchases may be eligible for instalment payment through SPayLater. Terms and conditions apply.

7. Can I use CDC Voucher?

CDC Voucher is accepted for selected eligible purchases. Please contact our team before purchase to confirm availability.

8. Can I self-collect my order?

Yes. Self Collection is available at selected GadgetBox retail stores after order confirmation.

9. Do you provide islandwide delivery?

Yes. We provide delivery across Singapore. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and courier schedule.

10. Can I return my phone if I change my mind?

No. GadgetBox does not accept change-of-mind returns. If your device has a manufacturer defect, please visit any GadgetBox retail store for inspection.

11. What happens if my phone has a manufacturer defect?

Our team will inspect the device. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, we will assist with a 1-to-1 exchange or warranty support according to the brand’s official warranty terms.

12. What if the damage is caused by accident or misuse?

Accidental damage, liquid damage, impact damage or user-related issues are not covered under manufacturer warranty. Repair service may be arranged at a reasonable cost.
